ICNECS is an annual international forum for state-of-the-art research in Network Engineering and Computer Science. The first ICNECS 2010 was held in Taiyuan, China during October 22-24, 2010.
2011 2nd International Conference on Network Engineering and Computer Science (ICNECS 2011) will be held in Xi'an,Shaanxi during 23-25 September, 2011. ICNECS 2011 is sponsored by Xi'an Technological University,co-sponsored by Xi'an Jiaotong University,University of Ottawa,Northwest A&F University,Northwest University, and technical supported by many universities and colleges all over the world. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of network engineering and computer science. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving network engineering and computer science related techniques.
All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding by ASME , and will be included in the ASME Digital Library , and indexed by Ei Compendex and Thomson ISI Proceeding.
ICNECS 2011 includes also plenary invited presentations by experts from academia and industry.
